We are planning a Conexión Trip to Puerto Morelos, Mexico in June to deliver resources, both material and pedagogical. The plan for our first trip to PM will be to develop relationships that will be long-lasting. Puerto Morelos is a fishing village near Cancún that has a desire to improve their infrastructure and English-language schools so that they can become more involved in the tourism industry. We will organize a group of educators and college students who are passionate about literacy to assist a local school in Puerto Morelos.
